Registered Nurse, Part-Time AI Clinical Documentation Review - Remote (United States) Job at OpenTrain AI, United States

  • OpenTrain AI
  • United States

Job Description

Work on the cutting edge of clinical AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the nursing judgment you already have.

The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real nurses and other clinical experts. The teams building them need inpatient registered nurses who can review realistic clinical documentation, judge whether AI-generated responses are accurate and safe, write the answer a careful clinician would give, and explain where the AI is unclear or incomplete. Your judgment becomes part of how the next generation of clinical AI handles patient care information. This is that work, done remotely on a flexible schedule.

What you'll do
  • Review and annotate inpatient charting, including nursing entries, progress updates, care plans, orders, lab results, and discharge summaries
  • Judge AI-generated clinical responses against standards for accuracy, patient safety, appropriateness, and completeness
  • Flag documentation that is unclear or incomplete, and help resolve ambiguities in inpatient workflows
  • Write detailed comments on how guidelines should handle unusual cases, using consistent standards for clarity, safety, and appropriateness
Why this is worth your time
  • Get paid $60–$70 an hour to review AI-generated clinical responses with nursing judgment
  • Help improve clinical AI workflows by applying standards for safety, completeness, clarity, and appropriateness
  • Put your inpatient nursing experience to work on realistic clinical documentation and AI review tasks
  • Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute
Who this is for
  • Current or recent experience working as an inpatient bedside Registered Nurse across varied inpatient populations and workflows
  • Be eligible for Registered Nurse practice in the United States
  • Communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, while maintaining precision and focus on detail
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • No prior AI experience is required.
Pay and details
  • $60–$70 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
  • Part-time, flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
