You will provide patient‑focused care in an urgent‑care, primary‑care, telemedicine, and occupational‑medicine environment. The ideal applicant will lead a small team while working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced urgent‑care setting. We welcome PAs early in their career, including brand‑new graduates. After an on‑site hosted orientation and training, you’ll receive several training shifts with existing providers and ongoing support, such as complimentary pediatric urgent‑care CE and an NP on‑call. Responsibilities Diagnosing and treating cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues Minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.) Suturing Splinting General Orthopedic evaluations/management Review of x‑rays (to be over‑read by radiologist, too) General Dermatology General eye problems General EKG interpretations Emergency management skills General GYN expertise Treating children of all ages Occupational medicine Telemedicine Schedule MainStreet Clinic Hours Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Work a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend, e.g.: Week 1: Monday (ON), Tuesday (ON), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Friday (ON), Saturday (ON), Sunday (ON). Week 2: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (ON), Thursday (ON), Friday (OFF), Saturday (OFF), Sunday (OFF). Qualifications Physician Assistant Board Certification required MSN or higher education required (new graduate friendly!)
