NOW HIRING: TREE CREW LEADER
Pay: $30-$35 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Are you an experienced Tree Climber ready to lead a crew and advance your career? We're seeking a Tree Crew Leader who can safely oversee tree care operations, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional service to customers.
What You'll Do
✅ Lead and supervise a tree care crew on daily projects
✅ Perform and oversee tree pruning, trimming, and removals
✅ Conduct tree identification and assessments
✅ Perform climbing, aerial lift, and ground crew operations
✅ Install cabling and bracing systems
✅ Manage tree planting and ongoing tree care services
✅ Ensure safe operation of chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and equipment
✅ Promote a strong safety culture and maintain crew productivity ⚠️
✅ Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service
✅ Respond to occasional emergency storm-related call-outs
✅ Qualifications
✔️ Minimum 1 years of professional tree climbing experience
✔️ Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred
✔️ Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
✔️ Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card (CDL NOT required)
✔️ Strong communication and team leadership skills
✔️ Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety
✔️ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions ☀❄️
✔️ Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds

Crew Leaders may occasionally be called upon to support emergency response operations following storms, fallen trees, blocked roadways, and other weather-related incidents. Safety is always the top priority.
