Opportunity We are looking for an experienced
Kitchen Manager to join our team at
Chick-fil-A. This hands-on leadership opportunity is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a proven track record of leading successful kitchen operations. This leader will take ownership of the kitchen, develop and lead a high-performing team, and drive excellence in food quality, food safety, and operational execution. As part of a well-established, high-performing restaurant, this individual will play a key role in maintaining high standards, strengthening team performance, and contributing to the restaurant's continued success.
Your Impact - Delivering operational excellence by taking ownership of all Back of House operations, ensuring consistent food quality, speed of service, and efficient kitchen execution.
- Building high-performing teams by identifying, training, coaching, and developing future leaders within the kitchen.
- Leading and managing the kitchen team through hands-on leadership, clear communication, and accountability to high operational standards.
- Increasing profitability by effectively managing food and labor costs, maintaining inventory, reducing waste, and improving kitchen productivity.
- Collaborating with the Operations Director and Front of House Director to ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver a remarkable guest experience.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment that prioritizes food safety, team member safety, and Chick-fil-A's quality standards.
Background Profile - Minimum of 2 years of restaurant kitchen management experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams, developing leaders, and driving operational results
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, inventory management, and labor management
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment (preferred)
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values and commitment to operational excellence
