About Us: GPAC has partnered with an Agriculture company that is a leading agricultural services provider committed to excellence in crop protection and precision agriculture. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Sprayer Technician to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients and the advancement of sustainable farming practices.


Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on agricultural sprayers and related equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with sprayer systems, including pumps, nozzles, and electronic components.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

• Calibrate and test sprayer equipment to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with agronomists and farm managers to understand specific crop protection needs.

• Keep accurate records of service activities, including maintenance schedules and equipment status.

• Provide on-site support and training to farmers on proper sprayer operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in agriculture or mechanics is a plus.

• Proven experience as a sprayer technician or similar role in the agriculture industry.

• Strong knowledge of agricultural sprayer systems and associated technologies.

• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.

• Skilled in using hand and power tools for equipment maintenance and repairs.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
