Description: | ON SCHEDULE -- Completion of the first two buildings (center and right) of the Andrews University science complex is set for September, when the biology and chemistry departments will move in. The project, which began in March of 1970, is being done by the university's construction department, which presently employs 34 full-time and 20 student workers. One-third of the $3,000,000 cost of the complex was donated by Michigan and Indiana buisnessmen and their companies. Most of the heating, air conditioning, and wiring has been finished, and lab fixtures are now being installed |
