Description: | Pictures of the South Stukely Church. This is the actual wooden structure erected in 1877 and still in use today. It was first used as a school in 1884. At one time, the upper story was used as a dormitory and later remodeled for use as pastor's suite. One of the upstairs room used as a classroom. A number of old text books and the abacus mentioned in the May 24 letter were found in the woodbox behind the chimney |
