Title: | [Bonnie Jean Hannah, Andrews University professor, presented with the Cardinal dedicated to her] |
Description: | Caught in her own trap was Bonnie Jean Hannah (right), the Andrews University chairperson of the secretarial science department, to whom the 1968 yearbook was dedicated during a student assembly by editory Cheryl Foll (left), a junior English major. For 13 years serving as sponsor of the Cardinal (the name of Andrews University's yearbook) Hannah said that she had tricked other into being at the awards assembly but today she was caught in my own trap. The dedication began with a quote from The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran: A noontide have you been in our twilight and your youth has given us dreams to dream. No stranger are you among us, nor a guest but our friend and dearly beloved. You have walked among us as a spirit and yoru shadow has been a light upon our faces. At center is Charlene Nelson |
