Description: | Winners in the rare Bible search witness the presentation of awards at Andrews University Pioneer Memorial Church. George B. Suhrie, collector of rare Bibles, presents to Gorden Engen an original page from the second printing of the 1611 edition of the King James Version printed in 1613. Engen brought the oldest Bible, a copy of a German Bible in 1717, which had belonged to his father. Dr. Horace Shaw holds a copy of the smallest Bible printed in Diamond Point type and known as the Mite Bible. He was awarded a copy of the New Testament in Modern English Translation.
